I didn't think my puzzle would be so hard. It's a bit older anime, but it's one of my favorites.
Another hint, mhhh:

I am engineer student and member of the motor club. One day I accidentally dialed an foreign Office, because I wanted to order food. Before I could begin to comprehend what on earth was going on, the beautiful woman warped into my dorm to grant me a wish. Convinced my older classmates are playing a prank on me as I have no luck with girls, I wished for a girl like her to be by my side forever. Much to my surprise my wish was granted.
