Wonder how obscure I can get haha.
I'll stick to ones I think are at least somewhat well-known, though somewhat old.
This one's somewhere between 1995 and 2005.
Has both an anime and a manga, but most people don't know the manga exists.

This slick black-clad man claims a bank as his house,
and lives with a cold girl who calls him a louse.
His job could be said to be solving disputes,
and often has nightmares involving red fruits.
When big trouble finds him it soon comes to blows,
