Oooooh I remember this being chatted about last year during the Pokémon Showdown event. This could be a neat thing to do. Would it be a one time thing for a specific period time.or would it be like a recurring monthly thing? Would gym leaders get dethroned once beat or would gym.leaders maintain their spot and maybe rotate out after a while?

I am interested to hear more about this and how it would work.

My thought was having each gym leader have a thread where you challenge them specifically, and having more than enough gym leaders to get 8 badges even if a few are offline for a few days at a time. (but not duplicating gym types)
Ideally the thread idea would have the gym leader/elite 4 leader post that their gym is open when they want to be online for a while
The format would ideally be national dex monotype

It sound intresting. I have never really played pokemon. I think if it was set up so complete bigenniers could also try playing I would try it
