Account access issue?

I’ve been having no issue at all getting emails from Hotmail, yahoo, aol, gmail, mail.com, etc etc lately. It may take a minute or two sometimes, but it always shows up.

This temp login is annoying though. I’ll have to try and put a ticket in I guess. Wait the 2+ week minimum to get any sort of reply lol

I had an answer to my ticket, but I did not know the original email.
So yeah, I'll try again to get an email when I say Lost Password, otherwise this shell is lost I guess.

Anybody ever run into an issue like this?

I logged into an old account I used to pass a few things through, stored some random stuff on. I logged into it today to look through what I had left on it. Successfully navigating all areas of the site. Went to look at another userlookup and it prompted me to login. Found out I was logged out and now the password does not work. The account is not frozen, it was a long long ago account and been under my control for literally years. I changed IPs to see if I was banned, but that wasn’t the case. I’m not sure what could have happened or why it happened.. but I can no longer login to said account.

Ooooof, yep, the PW reset timeout :/ It's made securing accounts a bit more tedious if you don't have access to the original email itself - you have to get in and essentially immediately change the email so the password reset email will go to something you actually own. Hugely annoying imo, especially with TNT's new "must send ticket from original email" thing...

I'm not sure what the deal is because the account is not frozen. This is a new one by me. I remember back in the day you'd be asked to try again later with too many attempts, but this prompt is new.

I also got hit with this on a side and I waited like two days before trying again, and still "frozen" but you can view the account lookup.

This is an account I have legit access to, so might do the ticket thing at some point.

That happened to me! I'm the owner of the original mail but it's hotmail and it seems that neo is having issues sending mails to.
So even if I ask a password reset, the mail does not send.

Did you ever end up getting the password reset to work?
I have seen it /very/ rarely lately.. but have now had it happen to me twice in the past 24hours - once was on a yahoo email and the other was a hotmail email. I'm guessing the only surefire way is to put in a ticket to TNT?

This happened to me a couple of times. The account becomes "locked" and you definitely need to submit a ticket for this. It's kinda like being frozen for safety, which has also happened to me as well. The turnaround time for a ticket is pretty long unless you badger them on social media, but I recommend going to the help section of the Neoboards and posting your ticket number on Highway to Help because TNT user tnt_darigan_ferret relays those tickets to support all day. You usually get a quick response from there (like a day or so).
