Lately my nights have been really fucked. I went to bed one night between 3-4am and since then I've never been able to fall asleep before 12am. It's just gone 1am my time and I'd already be in bed but once I get in bed I can't sleep - I end up reading till I fall asleep and before I know it that's like almost 2-3am if what I'm reading is good.
Do any of y'all have any tips on how to sleep faster? I wish I was like my mom - she's in bed before 9pm and knocked out
Edit: I did change my bedsheet + pillowcase so I'm hoping clean/fresh sheets will make me fall asleep a bit better
