That would be a little trickier then. I wonder what they’d do if you no longer had access to the OG email, but knew what it was. There’s usually a reason emails are changed. Finding the OG email is so much easier than having access to it.

They seem to really just not be budging on the ticket from og email requirement at the moment, regardless if it is a domain still in service or not. It's actually pretty fucking obtuse that they have no alternative methods for emails that are out of service like... you do realize just how ridiculous of a requirement that is right? But when do TNT do anything logical, ever? 🙄

The statute of limitations on pet reversals is well over due, though.

People were abusing the ID requirement by submitting fake ID (not shocking really)

NC purchases with the Redemption Receipt or the code on the card can also be used as verification.

Premium Purchase with PayPal reference/username or Last card details can be used also.

If you don't have those, you're stuffed! No account for you.

I'm not too sure.

TNT offers username change if it:

Contains your full dead name (I think)
Being Doxxed
Being Harassed

But your new account must come from the same email account as your old account (not sure if it needs to come from the Original email)

The last one is the scariest, if multiple people organize to submit a ticket then they can perma-freeze whoever they want.

The last one, quite a few of my friends have been locked out of their own accounts that they have all the info and access to.

You just need to look at the neoboards to see that people are having difficulty getting back their account due to lack of OG Access. I also am unable to unfreeze some accounts due to having no access to the OG.


TNT do flip flop on their policies all the time, I try and keep track of any changes.

Thanks for the info. While it's a relief the deadline for reversals, all the other changes are unsettling
