I am leery of spending too much on this site nowadays. Can you imagine giving money to apple music and then the account is hacked and apple is like"sorry no refund lol"

Def will be moving away from on-site socializing and non-cK interaction. It's so hard because I love talking about creative endeavors and art for my pets but that's not always safe to do here either. Been really pushing an old email provider to try and get access back to an old email account to rescue a UC from an account I lost. Just seem to be going around in loops, looks like there's no chance of me getting it back through TNT route either then T_T

I'm sure. I'm not sure if its similar but I froze an account of mine and asked to get it unfrozen several months later to get some items that we're no trade at the time (L&L prize chests) and had no problem (They didn't wipe anything when I asked. I kinda lied and said I forgot something important when I froze it and liked to get it back aha)
Anybody have any experience relating to how long it takes to get an initial reply back after putting in a ticket? Are we talking days, weeks, months?

I'm not sure if it changes for account access issues, but most of my tickets lately I've heard back in a few days, for the ones that went up to a couple of weeks, but had luck after contacting them on social media.
