I have a habit of stopping mid-way through shows. I started Castlevania but stopped after season 2. Apparently 4 seasons is to much for me.
So my question is what are some anime you all like that are only one or two seasons in length?

Asobi Asobase if you like really stupid comedy - this is honestly so funny I hurt my sides laughing and only 12 episodes. Definitely was left wanting more after I was done! It's about 3 girls and their extremely silly but normal day to day hijinks.

Hmm, Erased is a good one, but most people have seen it already.
The Promised Neverland S1 is really good. I haven’t see S2 nor plan on it, since it was very poorly done apparently.
Death Parade. Highly reccomend.
This sounds really good! Some comedy sounds wonderful! Plus I'm a fan of slice of life stuff! *scribbles notes*

I've heard of Erased and heard good things but I think it'd just come out or was coming out when I heard of it? I don't recall why I didn't watch it at the time, I guess it spilled my mind. *added to list*
Never heard of The Promised Neverland or Death Parade but I'll look into them as well!

I will second Death Parade! It is really interesting and a fun watch, also wish there was more of it. And the opening? Literally nothing slaps harder. Be sure to give it a watch and listen because the animation for the opening is super cute too (very Kekkai Sensen ending energy haha)

I second Death Parade and Asobi Asobase!
I also personally wouldn't recommend The Promised Neverland, since it was very poorly made (I don't think S1 did justice to the source material either).
As far for my own recommendations, I can suggest you to try Baccano! and Land of the Lustrous ~

Here are some of my favourite short animes:
Ping Pong The Animation (11 episodes - sports, bildungsroman)
Tatami Galaxy (same director as Ping Pong, 12 episodes? - fantasy)
Going real old school... Azumanga Daioh (26 episodes - slice of life)

+1 on the Promised Neverland anime, I was surprised by how much I ended up liking it.
For fantasy/romance/really good character development: Akatsuki no Yona
For gritty/adult themes/violence: Gangsta
I'd also super highly recommend Mushishi if something more episodic would appeal to you. It's very dream-like and quiet in tone, with no over-arching plot and extremely few recurring characters. It's the only anime I'll regularly pick up and throw a random episode on since there isn't any need to watch them in order. A doctor for supernatural afflictions caused by spirits called mushi travels around tries to help people with their mushi problems. The music is very nice and a lot of episodes have their own unique themes which is a bonus.

+1 to those of you who said Death Parade already! I enjoyed that one a lot, it’s a quick watch too.
Assassination Classroom is a fun watch, it’s a little longer (has like 40 episodes) but it’s something I got through very quickly.
I’d also recommend Kakegurui - season 1 on Netflix, they just came out with a new season but the new season takes place before the first one. It’s about gambling at a prestigious school. Really addicting when I watched c:

Pokemon Origins. It is four episodes. Protagonist is Red (yes, the Red from the video games), and it shows his journey in Kanto and Johto.
