When I enter my clraik credentials into the score sender, it says "Not authorized to use this program". Is there something I need to do to get authorized?

Adding to the last reply, you need to read the description carefully before using this bot and any other.

There are some subscription tiers that you can buy and they unlock you more and more benefits created by clraik. If you are on the initial level I think you do not have access to the score sender.
