I don’t see this as being a big deal except for the confusion it will cause. An UC that is 2 hours old is bound to make people take a second look. On top of that.. now you’ve just made it even easier for me to create a new pet with a sweet name, or pull in a young RW/RN pet and then it into an UC. With this replica policy, nobody would ever be the wiser either.

I'm pretty sure they mean it.
With NC UCs coming out soon, they want to get as much money as they can from it.

As the the UCs here, I feel that the sales will drop pretty hard since most can just buy the UC now. As well as more than likely even buy that high end UC that they want for a much cheaper price.
Unless they do something special to the NC UCs vs the OG ones? But if its just the lines, Im not sure if that will be a big enough difference for people to not wanting the NC UCs

Expressing some doubt here: I think NC UCs will have some deal-breaking addendum like the pet reverts to non-UC if traded. So normal UCs as they exist would continue to be eternal UCs.

There was one user I’ve seen with like 10+ replicas. You’d think TNT would investigate that after the first few? Nope, just ruin it for everyone. Sure, they could’ve bought them, but it seems like they were just abusing the system, according to others.
With this, it’ll make trading a lot more wary, because now you’re out of a pet if it gets reversed, no? Even with NUCs on the rise, some people don’t spend any money on the site, and rely solely on trading legitimately. Also, we still don’t even know when NUCs are going to release. Why can’t they just be 100% transparent, geez.

I really feel like this is TNT not being transparent again. They have zero warning once again they would stop creating replica and I feel they could have easily mentioned this in the uc survey somewhere. Now everyone who just got reversals are basically getting a kick in the teeth just because of the timing of when they got the reversal.
