TNT has recently revised their policy on "Frozen for Scamming - Buying/selling" AKA: NP items removed & UCs converted.
Which has the unfortunate effect on other people ticketing accounts and providing false ID to get it unfrozen and PW reset.
There are also ways of getting TNT to unfreeze the account without converting the pets ect.
TNT have now started asking for OG emails again instead if ID due to users abusing the system

I got mass frozen bc I was being sloppy with vpns back in 2018ish, and when I tried to get accounts back then both tony p and alice told me I couldn't get my accounts back bc they were frozen for cheating. This year I've gotten a bunch of them back, with np and np items removed and uc pets converted. You can definitely get them back!

I assume by sloppy howdy meant logging into an excess # of accounts on a single VPN, which of course you should never do (and keep different, unlinked accounts as separate as possible). TNT did say in a recent-ish editorial that the use of a VPN on its own is strictly not a freezable offense.

If it's a really commonly-used VPN service you might risk logging in with an IP someone else used.
SOURCE: Anecdotal but I used NordVPN and it caused issues across Neopets and other forums.

I have an account from 15+ years ago that was frozen for this...I was a complete genuine never cheated player here and it was actually me getting frozen for that that led me to find here and discover how people cheat! Think it's worth trying to get this one back?
OP it astounds me how people get into others accounts that have already been refused by TNT multiple times!
