This is extremely interesting, honestly im with everyone else i did NOT expect kacheek to be so high. I'm honestly surprised Tonu's are so low because I can see artists designing cool triceratops..at least idk vs a kacheek?? Thanks for doing this!!

Do people generally frown on morphing your pet and getting trophies? I don't use the art boards at all and the etiquette is a mystery to me haha! I got yelled at by someone on a board once for re-entering an entry that placed in third which i thought was ok hah.
just don't want to get on the ac's bad side if i want to make a run at some trophies haha!

I don't spend a lot of time there, but I think there's a practice of continuously morphing your pet and trying to get gold as every species, so I think as you frame it more like that, people don't care?

I'm surprised someone flamed you for that, I've seen entries that are in the bc like 10+ weeks in a row bc they keep placing 2nd or 3rd. I think that's fine honestly.
As far as morphing for trophies goes, idk how they would know that's what you're doing? Unless you say it...maybe you're just suddenly a Nimmo fan lol. I've done it fs since starting this data collection. It's why I was doing it, so I could figure out which species would be easier to rack up trophies on a pet i like or want to add a smidge more trading value to. I don't pick species i would hate to draw though. mostly trying to avoid the most competitive ones.

I'm now updating every two weeks bc it's easy to see how many entries there are from the previous weeks votes page, and the current week in the vote by species page. I'll just do two weeks at a time and update less frequently now that there's a good amount of data to make species decisions on. After a few months it seems the averages are becoming more stable, and there's a solid contingent of species that would be auto trophy entries!
