They're on DTI! It says "We faerie much love having these cute pets around! This item was exclusively awarded through a virtual prize code."
But you can buy them with NP! If the receivers ever put them uft I guess..

So even if we dont get NC UCs tomorrow at NYCC, this has to be the "post faerie fest event" they meant. Not a site event (oof :'() but IRL event.

I think it’s honestly whoever they outsourced to make the wearable art these days just doesn’t know neopets at all. Was given a folder with whatever uc designs they’ve had and went with it. I wouldn’t look too hard into these art things because they are definitely not made by the dev team or even in-house anymore.

Yeah this and if I'm not mistaken, either Mac or Willow has already said before that the image showcasing the different color UCs was an error anyway.

Yes, one of the staff confirmed they gave the artist a folder with some weird color ways among the actual ones and they ended up pulling one for the poster.
