So the higher ups think they need to reel in players when they already have players ready and willing to pay for the neopets they love and grew up with? That's just so frustrating to think about. I can’t believe they suggested getting a plug in? Are they referring to ruffle (which is pretty shit btw) or the extensive https workaround with a full program? Are they even aware the flash games all broke with the switch to https? Do any of them even test the site out every now and then? I’m so confused how they could be so out of touch to make this comment.

It's BAFFLING. Like, you aren't gonna be Viacom-era Neopets! There aren't Neopets ads running on Nickelodeon anymore! Their demographic stopped being kids a long time ago, they have adults with their own disposable incomes saying "we are the ones who play the game, you know" but they're still trying to make Neo Pokemon Go or something.
