TNT acknowledged the pound / lab carousel glitch on their website!

Not sure if they mentioned this before, but they made a board on the actual neopets website asking for more information!

I'm pretty excited they made a comment, even if it's just to ask for more information.

What I didn't like was the people jumping in saying stuff like "this is just a mobile issue!" like, sire, are you all the thousands of users who got this issue? How do you know this? Please stop and only add useful information and making assumptions. This annoyance of mine might also be stemming from a coworker who keeps butting in and giving their opinions instead of giving facts whenever someone in another department is asking a question.

Yay I'm glad they are finally FINALLY addressing it. I think that a bunch of users already figured out which browser was causing trouble?

If only they could address things sooner instead of after the userbase has figured out the issue, but I guess any transparency is a step in the right direction.

Oh wow this is good, I'm still zaping, pounding and whatever carrousel related always knowing that I'd kick myself if the glitch happens and I didn't have any picture to prove it lol

I'm happy they're finally after all this time addressing this. I'm crossing my fingers that this is a good sign.

I heard it was happening on apple computers, but maybe that was just a rumor. Only took them 3 or 4 months to start looking into it, which is a fast timeline if you’re tnt 😂

You can triple check to make sure the glitch isn't active for you by clicking button under the pet in question and clicking "inspect element". The pet's name should be visible there, and if it's a different one you know not to try.

It works similarly for the lab too, if you try with the radio button instead.
