Any time I get a bruise I like to poke it. The sensation of slightly agitating something like that (not enough to make it worse) is weirdly satisfying? Idk how to explain it but I’m like “oh that’s there.” Makes me feel more grounded.
I also noticed I do this thing when I get really happy or excited where I pinch the bridge of my nose down to my nostrils really fast or I squeeze my fingers together. Like if I’m really happy or excited it’s just a way I get my energy out. 👁👄👁👉👈
Like any time I get a compliment or make a new friend or somethin

I sing aloud to music while I'm drawing and coding stuff. Not to out Joe or anything, but we duet stuff when we're coding together on calls. It's a very important part of the creative process.

YES! I haven’t smelled a boat but I’m wondering if it’s the same smell as a new camper/rv smell because that hits every time too.
Or the smell of an ice cream parlor. Waffle cones smell great ugh.

i have to big disagree on the bruise thing!!! i hate the way a bruise feels!!! they make me feel nauseated.
i do like the sensation of digging my nails in my skin though. like that SHARP little pain. the dullness of the bruise pain is so... 🤢🤢🤢

my cousin used to say she liked to touch her bruises and you're the second person i've ever heard say that so you aren't alone now!

YESSSSSSSSSS. the smell of barnes and noble. i'm not even an avid reader but if i'm at the shopping center, i will sometimes pop in there just to walk around for the scent and come out!

Aaah two more things
I am able to really quickly compare something to something else unrelated. Like idk how to explain it but a good example is someone at my work laughs like the little jester enemies in Spyro the dragon 1 (the magic crafter world) and I have pointed that out before and made her laugh even harder LOL

I also get nervous and make dumb voices when I talk sometimes. @(you need an account to see links) can probably attest to this bwahaha actually maybe both of these things

@(you need an account to see links) I can't imagine singing along to actual songs while trying to code (or write or do anything that produces language of any kind the wires get crossed), but I do make up little songs about the process like "why the fuck am I getting an off-by-one, i swear to god I accounted for it in this line..." a sort of rubberducking thing.
