Well as I was reading this thread and trying to think of an example, I realized that in order to type I had to stop my left hand from pinching/pulling my bottom lip and sort of just slowly wiggling it around.

you are not alone friend!!! i don't used my fingers, though; rather, i use my teeth to munch on the inside of my gums and lips until i create an ulcer to bite at for another few weeks.

@(you need an account to see links) I'm also a biter! I'm a lot better than I used to be when I just had perpetual wounds for years, and for the most part now I just chew/bite lightly, but I still get into occasional cycles where once I do accidentally go a little too much I just keep going.

yes because once i start, it's almost impossible to stop. i'll be doing it not even thinking about it and then catch myself and have to manually tell myself, "STOP IT."
