I got excited when I saw the survey posted because I thought it would be related to NC UC yet I am disappointed again. I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR DAMN MOBILE GAMES! We just want the actual site to not be broken and for us to have UC again 😐

Yes! They always seem to care about their mobile games and creating more even after phasing the past ones out like? Why are you spending so much time and money on these? Oh, they do communicate. They just do it at random in a Discord that not everyone is in while also being as vague as possible and not "promising" that anything they say in there is accurate.

(I've seen indie games headed by a team of one or two people have better communication and transparency.)

Yeah it's just very frustrating. You have a whole ass NEWS section on your site for a reason. Subeta is so much smaller than Neopets and the communication is ON POINT. They communicate on discord, through site news, and are generally very open about what they're working on and what problems they're trying to fix. Like... why is that so hard??? Someone please tell me why Neopets has ALWAYS had a culture of secretiveness around that? What does it serve?
