OH MY GOD I loved this time in my life when I'd actually go out of my way to take walks and stuff. hundreds of people would be gathered at the colleges and parks battling and trying to take over gyms. It was so fucking fun. I hop on very rarely now but I know a few people that play it non-stop.

I never went on any raids! I remember people on FB would set up events through there and invite people. I think I fell slightly out of interest when that became a thing, though.

Yessss! Pure time in history. I still have one online friend who plays a lot still! No one in real life kept up with it past me so that's why I fell off. But I will always be fond of the memories it gave me and I can't think of anything since that has evoked that type of interest in all kinds of people.

This is related/unrelated but I was driving past McDonalds last night and saw a Pikachu poster on the window so naturally I stopped and got a happy meal. So excited to get a pack of Pokémon cards or a Pikachu toy, but these mf stuck this stupid THOR toy in my box.

At least I got this adorable happy meal box, though!

Fond memories of the servers constantly being down. Lead me to become quite fit and way healthier.
