That's totally okay! Yes she's doing great. Her appetite is back in full force and she's been more active <3

Day 1 of pills went fabulously. I snuck them into a small spoonful of her wet food and she vacuumed them up. 3 pills at once lol. Poor girl went and hid when we first got up because she thought she was getting injections

I hunted down this thread because I'm invested in Allie's healing and I was crossing my fingers for good news and phew. So happy!!! I hope this treatment continues to go well!

Agreed! Poor girl deserves way better than this. The pills are so tiny she doesn't even know she's taking them :p

Day 2 of pills went fine as well! She kept picking around the pills but eventually ate them. Good thing she's food driven

My dog was a nightmare when he had to have pills, we had to cook him Sausage and Cheese to get them down him, but he still twiged on in the end lol!

Oh yeah animals can be a total pain to give pills to. But she takes huge bites so I can hide them in tuna if she really wants to pick around them. That's what we did last time. She loves tuna lol

Day 3 of pills went fine. The pills are dissolving in the food which is a problem. And apparently she's supposed to fast an hour before and after the pills -.- No one told me. So tomorrow's pill administration will be a little different. I have these churu stick treats she LOVES. So I'll put the pill under that and have her slurp it up that way.

Day 5 of pills! My bf gave them to her today since I work Sundays and it went great apparently! We're trucking along! October is her halfway point <3
