I feel like a traitor. She cuddles with me at night and when we get up, she wants to be fed. But now she hides from me in the morning because she knows she's going to get shots. Poor thing.

    I feel you
When my dog was little she was very sick to due to kennel cough.
Antibiotics was very necessary, but she couldn't keep them in.
Since I was in nursing school I offered to give my dog the shots twice a day instead of going to the vet.
My dog actually was more relaxed with me so that was a good decision. Thankfully my vet trusted me (and my dog to).

I’m so sorry to hear about your kitty! When we found out my floof boy had heart issues it was too late to do anything about it, and we had to put him down that same day. I hope your baby comes through better than ever!

Gosh I'm sorry to hear that :/ This relapse snuck up on me. And if I waited much longer, it would have been too late. She's 1.5 years old and only 5 lbs...she's skin and bones Poor baby

My boy Felix went through this 2 years ago. He still has scars on his back too. Luckily he never relapsed and he's doing great! Just need to get Allie up to par with her health.

She already has been eating more than she has in the past few days! She has more energy and is just showing obvious signs of improvement in just 3 days!

Oh my gosh, still so young! And so tiny! My boy was young as well, only 2yo. Thank goodness you caught it when you did, I’m hopeful she’ll be ok and will have many happy vet-free years ahead of her!

Poor guy It's one of the few downsides to pets, you'll most likely outlive them. I wish cats lived longer in general Why tf does a turtle get to live 60 years?

Even longer than that! It’s kind of insane haha. I definitely wish cats lived longer in general, but I suppose that would make it even more painful to lose them after such a long life, especially if you were a child when you got the cat and grew up with it.
