For context - I recently found out my favorite SK resin artist/YTer is the older sister of Park Sejun who was a very well known competitive Pokemon battler and won Worlds in 2014 for his infamous Pachirisu strat. Not only that, that year's Worlds was held a stone's throw away from where I live and Sejun being still underaged at that time, his older sister travelled with him as his manager. Which means I was basically like 30 min away from one of my future favorite YTers without even knowing it! The world is such a small place haha.

not to gravedig my own thread, but one of my favorite streamers watched some neopets content and i had to share.

the john legend video of all things plays at around the 54 minute mark, and there's an altador cup commercial a bit earlier.

it was super weird, waiting on a shuffle board with the video playing in a corner, hearing vinny say neopets and it taking me a second to process the overlap.
