I have a daily step goal (<10k) that I've slowly been increasing for the past few years. My physical health got away from me a little bit.

Lately I have been weighing myself every day but only looking at the data in a time series context, i.e., calculating trend rates and such. Happy Scale or Luuze both do it.
It's been interesting! I've also been looking at portion sizes more and am continually surprised. The other night I was shocked to see that mayo's serving size is just 1 tbsp lol
