I use Fitness+ on my watch and iPad, there's loads of fitness videos on there to follow! Best part of it I can do it in my own home with out needing to go out. I also track my fitness goals on my watch everyday (Apple Watch)
I am really not a sporty person.
I have a back fusion so my back is literally held together by a pole in a way. So I don't do any sport. However, I try to walk at least 10 000 steps a day.
Somedays are easier than others. Walking fast can actually get my hard rate going as well.
What do you guys do to stay fit? Does anyone do an interesting sport?
I use to do dog agility with my dog.

I go to the gym every day and do long walk with my dogs twice or three times a day.
Sometimes I also go swimming since I live close to the beach
Having my pups definitely helped me get back to doing exercise
I have a galaxy watch that has step/active minutes/calories burned goals for each day.
I'm on a path to be a healthier weight and be happier in the skin I'm in.
It starts off a 6k steps/60mins/500 calories
Monday I uped it 10k/120min/700calories.
Another of my goals this week is to walk more than the day prior.
I'm up to 14k
I have this all logged in a journal.
Currently down 10 pounds. 7 pounds since starting the journal.
If I can find a way to post a video I'll send it
I also log my calories.

Can I just say wow. I honestly get 10k steps like maybe 3 times a week. I really struggle and if I do 14k its really a MAJORLY good day. Your doing so great.

I'm hoping this video loads. It's my journal for the last week and a half.
The first week I was hitting my 6k a day. Some days I'd hit 9k or 13k.
So the start of the 2nd week (monday)
I increased it to 10k. Day 1 I hit 13k steps.
So It's made it harder for me now. Cause another of my weekly goals is to increase my steps each day this week.
So I only hit 14k last night x). 13400 Monday, 13500+ Tuesday (barely managed to get more), yesterday 14k.
They say to target weight loss you do high Incline at a fast walk pace on the treadmill.
1 of my goals is to hit 30 mins on the treadmill every day. Week 1 was to use it twice that week.
Now it's daily. I think a good step is to start easy and make it harder. I felt I wasn't challenging myself enough
As of this morning I'm down 11 pounds. I think this is mostly water weight.
I've started drink a gallon of water a day (it was a goal for the first week)
Now it's log water intake daily. Minimum 1 gallon a day.
I feel healthier. Moving in the right direction.
I've chose lower calorie foods over "healthier" foods so that's something I'll likely work on next week.

When I was a server working the lunch rush (~4 hours a day) and walking to and from a bus stop I was averaging about 12k-15k steps a day. I'd even do calculations after my shift to see how much money I made per step lol, it made it more fun. I never really had a target besides shooting for the same ball park of steps every day. I just used a generic app called Pedometer that came preinstalled on my phone so I'm guessing it was either through Google or Samsung. I recently got a job in a very active/manual labor-intensive company so I'll be keeping track again. The phone I have now doesn't have that app installed and I can't find it in any app store (go figure the only generically named 'pedometer' apps in the store look shady AF) so I'm still looking for another tracker.

I'm usually not into sports, so I used to walk as well. But I had a very strong back pain and scoliosis, so it wasn't helping. So, 3 months ago, I started doing pilates and I can already feel the benefits. I'm feeling much much better now, my back is feeling a bit relieved, plus I think I'm developing an elegant posture as well :3
