Have we seen any indication on how long it's taking for tickets to get resolved after they're entered? I'm so stressed and frustrated with this whole thing and the endless wait on tickets doesn't help.

Seems like it's completely impossible to load any flash component regardless of browser now. Tested this on Puffin and Pale Moon. We can no longer customize UCs or play flash games because they're forcing the https. God fucking damnit.

On the neopets reddit, someone said support was responding yesterday
Not sure if I'm allowed to link out..? But it's the thread with over 300 replies with a screenshot of the force reset password notice.
That was just one post, though, I haven't heard it from anyone / anywhere else about support response speed. I sent a ticket early this morning and haven't gotten a reply.

Thanks I hadn't seen that. I'm so disheartened. I submitted a ticket yesterday and still haven't heard back. I don't really feel like trying their dms because honestly it's overwhelming to have to do so many things just to get an email back.

I reset the PW on my main account yesterday evening, and I have had no issues with it since...I decided to wait a bit before going through and checking all my other accounts and shells. First I checked my legit side account that I have not logged into in maybe a week. I logged in just fine, the old PW worked, and after clicking around I never got logged out randomly. Then I decided to check on a few of my shells- it was the same. Logged in using the old PWs I had set, was able to go around the site, never logged out. So as of 30 minutes ago, it seems like they still turned the PW resets off and aren't requiring it for accounts that had not been logged into yesterday!
Such an awful way to go about this, I feel so sad for everyone who has shells or legit accounts that don't have e-mail access.Hoping for you all to get your accounts back!

There are people straight up making Twitter accounts just to be able to reply to the Neo Twitter about their accounts/tickets, but I'm not sure if that's helping them?
They're already slow with tickets regardless so this is beyond messy, even for them. I hope these people get answers or at least some compensation if they have to rebuild/start fresh

I was wondering wtf, I thought I fucked something up. I got 3 new trophies yesterday and now flash is gone. Should have been more vigilant ffs.
