How long have you all been playing neopets?

I actually lost the pet for a long long time, but then somehow I was able to get access to the email for that account again and was able to get him back

Omg the mods back when they actually cared lol nowadays I can say almost anything on neo and still not get flagged

I've been playing since 1999 when the site was really fresh. One of my friends linked me from a powerpuff girl message board I frequented when we were talking about caring for our tamagotchis, saying the site was also about caring for pets. I lied about my age signing up because COPPA regulations had also been a huge topic of discussion on the powerpuff girl forums. That all makes me feel super old!

20 years. Crazy, doesn't seem like it! I don't remember my first neopet because that account is long gone, but I think he was some kind of lenny. Rainbow maybe?
I got frozen for being immature on the neoboards when I was like 11. They did the right thing, but I wonder if I can get the account back now that I've learned my lesson, lol

A little over 17y, but I've got hacked after a couple years and I left neo.
Since 2-3 years I'm back after I got my account back from the staff.
Unfortunately 1 pet I haven't got back, its on a frozen account
I really really want her back! But that isn't going to happen, bummer!

I started playing around early 2005. I still check in often whenever I get some free time. I really hope they bounce back after this last incident. I'll keep my fingers crossed .

I think since 2004? I lost my first account because I made up the age and email that it went with ahaha. Oof, it's been almost 20 years though, wow.

I joined in around 2004 myself on an account I do not think exists anymore, I could not even remember the name or email. It would definitely not have anything of note on it anyway if it still existed x)

My oldest pet is a Y1 (and a few very early Y2s), but I do not know if that really counts as I did not create it myself anyway. Haha!

I started using the internet unattended at a very, very young age (though I guess not TOO young compared to this new generation's iPad kids). I joined Neopets at 6, back in 2003. I grew up there, and miss it more and more every day.
