I always prefer bottled water, I couldn't tell you an exact reason other than I love it chilled form the fridge! I have a really weird thing about tap water not being drinkable since I was a kid, so I always defaulted to bottled water orrrrr a Brita where it just filters the tap water

    *that's rough buddy*

Tap water with ice for me! I'm ok with bottled water if they've sat in the fridge for a bit. Getting an insulated tumbler cup helps keep the water cool for a longer period of time and reduce plastic waste which was a huge +++

Depending on where I am I actually prefer tap, but only because I filter it myself.

I'll drink bottled, but don't like to due to the negative effects on the environment, and also because some of the larger bottled water distributors are contributing to drought and climate change in the most horrible ways. Yes, Nestle, I am calling your asses out for what you've done to CA's water table.

In my home country tap water is usually good and almost all bottled water is mineral, so it's not a good idea to drink it for longer periods. Where I live now the water is very hard, so we tried with bottled first but it's annoying, so we bought Brita and problem solved. I also love soda water but hated having to buy it in bottles all the time, so I bought a soda water machine, all sorted out

bottled, but our water supply for my region is full of limestone. We do have a water softener now though so its not as bad. The hard water is brutal as shit on basically everything it touches, most people don't even buy their hot water tanks here, they just rent them because then the company has to replace them when they are wrecked.
