    Moderation on tame comments?

Hopefully this is the right place for it but let me know if it's better for me to PM someone specifically. I've noticed I'm getting a lot of comments that say they'll be posted after a moderator approves them and then they wind up deleted. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. Many of them don't mention anything I know to be banned but if I am including words or topics I'm not meant to I'd love to know so I can avoid them going forward. I genuinely don't intend to be breaking any rules.

Are you including links in your posts (I think image links might trigger this too?) if so that could be it, I think it's a precautionary filter for newbie accounts to avoid spambots and such.

I am a fellow Newbie with you and I am here to say that it is likely because of your newbie status It is just to help protect the forum from bots and random people joining and spamming the site with scams, spams, inappropriate links, and more.

Emojis also count as images sometimes I believe, and if you are posting a lot of videos/pictures/links in a certain time frame it will ask for mod approval first. So, some messages may not ever go through (some do!) but it is nothing against you Just the system doing its job to protect the forum. Once you hit CK rank I believe it goes away.

If you quote someone's post that has a lot of images, it may do this, too.

Ohhh! That must be it. I am including off site pictures. For awhile I was pretty sure it was because I was using the word b utt and I'm not yet sure that wasn't part of it on some of them but the pictures makes a lot of sense.

If you give a link or example of your posts, it's easier to asses but as others figured, you're posting images hosted offsite which are likely not whitelisted by our system. Imgur is probably the best to use if you want to share images.
