This is correct. You get the hat once you've built the arena, painted it, and the Ruki stops being sad about the altador cup, since there's no other quests after that.

A heads up for anyone that tries this: If you continue to see the "watch" button available on a pending Yooyuball even after you've watched the sponsor video, don't bother. The server will reject all but the first once it syncs or whatever. I wasted my time doing 10 additional watches thinking I was opening more and more.

Yes. I noticed the same. But sometimes I did manage to start the timer on two capsules at the same time during some lagging as I opened one and moved on to the next. I am almost at 100 capsules and at level 8 of the game. Everything altador event quest related is done except 200 capsules open. And don't forget to click on the boxes at 5, 20 and 50 capsules as that gave me extra neggs to use to pay for instant opening of capsules.

You only have to build one peice of field. I built the cheapest one and it asked me to paint the festival plaza and gave me some prizes. Got the hat in a nm. The gold yooyus give more stuff than the brown ones too so grab those little bitches when you seen them. You don't need to open too many for this.

How do we know finding and opening 200 yooyu's isn't part of the AC quest?

The app is pretty funky in that it doesn't do a serverside date confirmation. It isn't part of it, unless that's part of the glitch

I decided I want to try for 200 anyway, because I'm nothing if not a completionist. I'm at 120, so I just need 20 a day to hit my goal.

I leveled up to level 9 and have to wait for some gathering, but I feel like there's stuff to do again temporarily until I finish the quests.

Pro tip: if you're stuck needing more exp to level up, build some of those basic houses that take 1 or 2 minutes to complete. You can also upgrade the crabinator and that dude's rest area, which is instantaneous and gets you pretty decent exp.
