Not letting things go. I hold grudges when I feel that someone has truly hurt me

A huge one for me is toxic positivity.
I don't like being negative, so I've been forcing myself to be positive and cheerful for so long that when I get depressed, I tend to smother those feelings haha.

My toxic trait is buying houseplants at roughly the rate I kill them.

I think one of my worst traits (and this one particularly has been said, claimed for, complained by others xd ) is that whenever i'm invested in sth that's getting harder to solve I totally blocked out everything else until I'm satisfied with a level of resolution reached to the moment problem.

And how many times the ppl with more confidence talking to me it's like "Ah shot, you're again in that mood. Forget it, let me know when you're done and I'll come back".

I genuinely just do not give a singular shit about much of anything unless it catches my specific narrow fields of interest.
Alternatively if something/someone manages to work me up enough to piss me off I physically cannot let it go and will hold decades long grudges.
This is pretty uncommon, it has to be pretty bad for that to happen.
I'm far more likely to just drop all contact with everyone I know without a word and focus on something else than hold a grudge. Which is pretty toxic too.
But it's better than hanging on to people like a desperate stupid puppy you know don't really want to talk to you.
