it wasn't blocked like +2 years back but then they implemented a new security tool which blocks all kind of websites. neo is one but def not the only one gaming related blogs or news sites are hit and miss too and for a little while even clraik got blocked though that has since been lifted (thank god). jellyneo for instance ain't reachable either (nor is sunnyeo or thedailyneopets).
i used to circumvent by having remote connection to my pc at home but guess they kinda figured some people were doing that/that was an option and they blocked that as well late last year.
not sure how i'll be putting in games for AC this year for team cK if i'm allowed to join but i'll sure as hell find a solution

If everything is perfectly locked down, how about bringing in your own machine + tethering an internet connection from you phone

If I was desperate, I'd bring it in, quickly set it up, then leave it in one corner to afk bot or something and not touch it while mr bossman is aroundthen my boss would start asking what i'm using that machine for LMFAO
