Still no luck for me yet! Gonna keep trying. Maybe if I complain, I’ll finally get it. That seems to always be my luck. I complain something doesn’t work and then boom. It ends up working!

Just curious, but is this TNT's way of deflating these items? I mean the prices of some of these brushes / artifacts are going to suffer with more people getting them from the dump right?

Doesn't seem like bottles/codestones would be affected since plenty are given out as bd dailies. Quite sure that only the selected rare items that the dump gives will be affected in terms of pricing (eg. Turmac, Dragoyle, Mortog). People are finding a lot more of these items
