They must either be trying to fix customisation for UCs, testing out NC UCs or planning an april fools joke. Either way, with the lag and the glitches be careful of doing anything significant on Neo for now just in case there's a server rollback later. I THINK they can fix this without doing that, but who knows.
All my UC-able pets are already UCs so the most interesting thing to me is that my converted pets are wearing their PB clothes AND the custom clothes I added - so more than 1 item per slot. I'd love it if they made that possible.
