I'm surprised since Tony has gotten away with being an asshole for so long I figured he had some form of immunity (we had a guy at my old job exactly like that. Absolutely terrible). Might be worth resubmitting some tickets!

I noticed support is a lot nicer now, particularly Lilith and Benjamin. Benjamin has been very nice and works hard to get people what they need, and Lilith has replied and closed tickets in under 5 minutes before. Definitely a breath of fresh air after having to deal with Tony Pissant for so long.
