Do you remember your dreams?

I don't. I really want too but once I'm up and awake the dreams just disappear like the wind. I think its better I don't remember my dreams unfortunately.

I dont remember all of them, but there is one that I keep having...

Its one where my grandfather and I are walking down a sidewalk on a REALLY bright day, but it was nice and cold (I like the cold. I HATE the heat)
We were talking about something that I cant remember, but at the end he tells me that he's proud of me and to remember to check my mail?
Which, I've had this dream forever and that mail part always confuses me lol

I enjoy that dream, as I get to see my Grandfather again.
He passed away a few years back, but the dream comes up more often closer to his B-day and when he passed...
Which, he passed on the 16th of this month.

i dont always remember my dreams but later on in the day some of the things that happened come back to me, ill be pacing and then ill be like oh yeah that happened.
during the dream, usually nightmares - i dont dream that much, it always feels so real, even though at times i know it cant be. but i cant stop it. so with the whole remembering bit, at times it's probably good that i cant remember all of it. as even though i cant exactly remember the scenario, i remember how horrible it felt and how im happy to wake up.

Yes.... ive been having just plain nightmares... i used to dream of how i couldnt protect or couldnt handle a fight. well my life has turned out that ive gotten a promotion, and ill be taking martial arts muay thai. it seems with every nightmare ive had a come up of something. so... i hope to have more. which is a weird thing to say.

I tend to remember my dreams on nights I forget to take my sleep medication and just fall asleep plainly. And they're usually always group dreams. Meaning, it's never just me doing something, I'm always with a group of like family members or cartoon characters doing some random shit lol

I often remember my dreams and my mom and the friends I bother telling about them say they could be movies, haha. They're very detailed and usually pretty long stories. There's no one theme that appears the most often that I can tell.

And of course there's the nightmare of losing all my teeth.

I use to have dreams that I remembered very clearly all the time as a teen.
I've noticed as I've gotten older I have fewer and fewer dreams that I remember.
I'll have random memories of the dreams hours later sometimes, but normally can't piece it together any more.

I'm definitely a lucid dreamer and remember them vividly. I've had many dreams where I'm aware it's a dream and interact accordingly. For example, I'm absolutely terrified of heights to the phobia level and I had a dream I was on top of a skyscraper. I realized it was a dream, so I just chose to walk off the top of the building knowing nothing would happen. I've also had dreams where I argue with people I know irl about something and say things like "no, person, it's not going to happen/it didn't happen because this is a dream and none of this is real" lol

I remember my dreams on most nights, right when I wake up and forget them later in the day. UNLESS I've forced my partner to listen to my recount, in which case I remember it later.

I believe in the theory that dreams are made up of thoughts you didnt have time to think about/flesh out during the day. It seems to have made sense for my experience...

I remember some, the most memorable ones are when I take Benadryl to help me sleep
Those are usually a bit strange though

I'll only remember them well enough and further into the day if they were reaaaaally strange
