I think he/she/they uses the alias Benjamin now, atleast thats what ive noticed when Alice escalates a ticket up another level. Last year it would always go to Tony but now it always goes to Benjamin.

Benjamin was a new support member added to the team around the time Tony stopped appearing so that is a very interesting theory

If Tony P is Benjamin then its definitely a 'good cop bad cop' scenario, because Benjamin is so lovely and definitely pushes the boundaries of his powers.

Maybe Tony got told off after too many complaints, not entirely sure but i've only had to deal with Benjamin once and couldnt really decipher his personality/similarity from 1 email. I just assume everyone is the same person and come prepped regardless of which support member answers the ticket. My last interaction with Tony was sometime last year when I got IP banned for telling him to fuck off after getting one of my accts frozen for scamming. To be fair I deserved it, got too greedy too fast with that account.
Another thing ive noticed also is that Susan almost always asks for the original email address regardless of freeze reason now - even if you self-iced. Would 100% recommend avoiding her as much as possible.
Edit: theres been times when people have asked Ferrit if a specific support member would respond to an old ticket and she would directly say that staff member doesnt work for the company anymore. Ive seen coach ask in the help board a few times if Tony P still works there and she has ignored him every time.

Friend has friend that works in the office; Tony was fired after some NeoNation peeps shared screenshots of his responses.
The police report and CC statement demands were pretty damning from what I understand.
