Been sick for almost a month in and out of the hospital.Turns out I didnt have Covid but some sort other breathing / flu type stuff. Freaking glad I can breath though on my own now. I hate being frail.

I can have an at times absolutely delusional sense of justice. Not that I always necessarily act on it, but when someone I care about is hurt by someone else, I'll just get so filled with thinkingthinkingruminating that I'll be blind to anything else. Especially those who are vulnerable. Like this guy I know.

That's it, like for real. I don't want to be pals with that person, I don't want to be told that they're still friendship material, and I definitely don't want to be constantly reminded of them.

Currently relevant... like dude she just decided that you didn't deserve something that meant so much to you over some unknown slight. She woke up one day and decided you no longer deserved to be able to support yourself and enjoy your hobbies. Decided you weren't allowed to have that sense of purpose anymore. She's rude to your mom, loves one-upping your girlfriend, and yet you still answer her texts. Let it be remembered that when you fail to value yourself, you hurt those around you too. It's hard to stomach.

GUYS idk where else to tell this story but here goes:

on my way out of work, it was ice rainy and really windy. this lady was like do you work here I've never seen you before?? So we had our little introduction....and then she's like "and you have a baby on the way??" looking down at my big windblown sweatshirt belly LMAO.

Now I grew up with an older brother, I'm a tank and used to feeling/being insulted so it didn't bother me much. plus, I do have endometriosis and I'm about to start the monthly moonletting hell so I am a bit bloated but I NEVER in my life thought that would happen to me.

Her face immediately regretted it and I could tell she felt like shit. Good thing it was me and not someone else, cuz you know other people could be self conscious or not be able to have babies after trying. I hope she learned not to say that shit so forwardly. Perhaps I'll mention it next time I see her cuz I bet she will try to apologize again. I keep a general rule never to comment on someone's body unless they invite me into a conversation regarding it. woooooosh what a day, glad to be back in my warm home with cuddly kitty!

Someone's mom has late stage cancer and coworker decides this is the time to talk about her dead sibling and at least their mom is alive.

Happens a lot with this coworker but it's hard not to contort your face when you hear some of these replies lol
