I've been hitting my ab work outs every day skipping the down days.
Today is the first day of week 2.
Going to be trying to get 2 work outs in a day now lifting weights.
And will likely try to hit 2 ab days per day as well.
I have not eaten fast food in a week! Nor have I had any soda!!
Not happy with any of the progress photos so I'll save those for the end of week 2.
