(you need an account to see links) ive been really bad at sticking to stuff long term. A year ago I was at my peak, and I started taking longer breaks, and stopped caring what I ate.
Now that Im in my 30s I need to get my shit together for the long term. So hopefully this is just the start for the rest of my life.
Ive been reading more books latetly and someone recommended I read the Subtle Art of not giving a Fuck. It was a common sense approach to life problems such as anxiety,
I think its a book ill read a couple more times but in situations when I get stressed out or start having anxiety/ panic attacks i reflect on that book.
Maybe because the humor in the name. But It was a good quick read. I recommend everyone read it if they have some down time.
