    I've been hitting my ab work outs every day skipping the down days.

    Today is the first day of week 2.
    Going to be trying to get 2 work outs in a day now lifting weights.
    And will likely try to hit 2 ab days per day as well.

    I have not eaten fast food in a week! Nor have I had any soda!!

    Not happy with any of the progress photos so I'll save those for the end of week 2.

    Feels weird doing an update so late but was feeling drained this morning.
    I have to wait until the next day to add step counter I think I've forgot the last couple days.
    Will be updating them tonight.

    Edit- looks like I only missed yesterday's steps.

    Add today's steps now. Doubt I'll be walking any more tonight.
