First of all I SECOND Inuyasha's OST being a banger (I also love the instrumental CDs, but I always loved instrumental soundtracks!)

CHANGE the world by V6 sticks out most to me still to this day. What a nostalgia trip.

Fate/Stay Night Disillusion by Sachi Taikana. What a wonderful, amazing song.

Fushigi Yuugi's opening Itooshi Hito no Tameni by Aoki Kumiko. I don't even enjoy this anime anymore... but the song!

Headphone user warning this song gets loud at times so be aware. LOL. Especially immediately at the beginning and then again for the solo. But it's so good!

The Naruto Shippuden opening 1 was always one of my favourites! Also Cowboy Bebop opening is an absolute classic!
