Yeah, it certainly wasn't helped by the fact that there was nothing but crickets from the guide owners, and when one finally did address things, you could argue she was a little passive aggressive about it (though thats def up to interpretation lol)
I feel like it was already off to a rocky start that literally nobody knew who any of these people were And being generally unresponsive to questions didn't help
I personally think they could have taken it slow and answered inquiries to build the foundation of how the guide is going to be set up before putting in all the work to write it, because "omg omg we're so busy" was their fallback when pressed about their lack of communication. Like...you just put this on yourselves if you think about it lol but that's my opinion!

Ah, new group huh? Any idea who they are or if you don't wanna say, are they a little more well known? I hope they have a catchier host name than MysticcSky

The lack of communication definitely bothered me too. After their initial round of answering some, a lot of others were just ignored and they kept on going without taking real suggestions. Just a lot of head nodding but no real action on their part

Ahh yeah, that would be them. Don't think they've hosted any more shuffles after that
Let's hope they've grown a bit more backbone for criticism and hate...because the NCC is relentless unfortunately

People are gatekeeping way too hard with the NC value guide imo. If someone wants to take a crack at it, and hasn't shown themselves to be a complete jerk/incompetent in the past, give them a shot. If they do a poor job I think after it's fine to critique but who wants to get started on this when they get tons of hate before they even get going?

They got going but coudn't hold up to the pressure. Along with guild members jumping on those with valid questions, the wl/tl of the main members were very suspect.
At least one poster had joined their guild and reported how the members gossiped and put down the users who were questioning the guide. Who needs this immaturity running a guide that ties in with our money?

The writers of a wannabe NC guide gossiping behind traders' backs? we love to see it

There was also a complaint by the guide op. mmj1990, that she had paid good money for a domain and it honestly (to me) came off like she was saying we need to appreciate that. The domain is of course mysticcsky which shows it was created in 2016 if I'm reading it correctly. Click the html link and the blurb reads it was created for the guild.
It further irks me that they didn't bother leaving any kind of message on the petpage.
