You should be able to customize your profile by visiting it and clicking the "customize" button to the top right of the comment box. I'm honestly not sure what that link is, but I'm getting the same message, so I'm guessing it's just old.
Please can someone help me. First of all I cant find the link so I looked in the FAQ and found this link

Not something you need to earn! Links like that are special because it actually requires you to be "referred" from a certain page (or something like that. It's been a bit since Bat explained it to me.) So if you're not going to the do=customize link from your own profile, it errors out.Originally Posted by Mudboots
