I'm sorry to report that it is absolutely borked.

Does anyone know of a new one, or even one being worked on? Or even if the existing one can be edited to work with the new shop? I'm code illiterate so I have literally 0 idea what to do about this.

This script never broke furvilla rules so there's nothing wrong with having it either, and openly discussing it. You won't get banned for this.
