Would echo the advice of everyone else here.. weight training is probably your best bet. If you aren’t able to join a gym then I would recommend getting a pair of dumbbells and a kettlebell off FB marketplace and search for some good YouTube video workouts, focusing on developing good form/technique first. Will take some time to develop the habits but once you push past the initial difficulty it should get easier from then on. Sleeping well and eating well are also important, it would also help to prepare simple and nutritious meals from YouTube videos which is not only healthy but saves a lot of $$ from not eating out also. You can do it!!
