* looking forward to in 2022. Most large-scale concerts are not feasible right now. The band tour I was going to see with my Dad is offering refunds for our tickets…
It's been 19 months without live music and im DYING. Personally, I go to 20+ shows a year because I love live music and love to let loose! Work is still a bit hectic but i'm really looking forward to hitting up some festivals soon like Beyond Wonderland and Life Is Beautiful I'm not limited to EDM/Dance shows but they're so prevalent where I am it's hard to stay away.
Share where you're headed this year, maybe i missed a gem!

Just bought tickets to Dropkick Murphys and Rancid in October Always wanted to see Dropkick Murphys and Rancid always has a great show.
Gotta get my tickets to Black Dahlia Murder/Carnifex/After the Burial for August
Ministry is playing in October too
Riot Fest was really tempting this year but I don't want to plan a trip that far away with things still being up in the air
Super happy shows are coming back
Thank you to carrottea for the lovely userbar
Great question!
I've been to Glastonbury a few times, it's such an amazing place. You can go for the 4 days, not see any music and still come away having the most wonderful experience ever. The festival has everything you can imagine, literally 24 hours a day.
I've not managed to get tickets for next year, they're super hard to get. But the place I work are one of their sponsors, so fingers crossed I manage to get some through work!
I've also got Primavera booked in Barcelona next year. I've been once before, and it's a fantastic festival. My fave band Tame Impala are playing. I've seen them twice before, and I can't wait to see them again.

I have tickets to the Hella Mega Tour which postponed to 2021 and then postponed again by about a month. I will not feel remotely cool with going to a stadium tour in just a few weeks time and I've been holding out for another postponement because I got really great seats, but I might just have to sell my ticket.
MCR 2022
Not 2021, but it's the only concert I have planned so far XD.
Me and my sister had tickets for their 2020 concert but everyting got canceled bc of covid. We're super happy they rescheduled! even if we have to wait another year

Before I've only been to concerts a few times and only for groups that I really loved. Now... I am not sure, because honestly being in a concert hall with hundreds of other people in the post-Covid era makes me feel a bit weird. I might avoid it for another year or so, even though I'm vaccinated and everything. I just don't know if I would feel comfortable being in a space with so many people. That and none of my favorite bands are coming through where I am, so...

Sadly people even stoop planning these we havent had life events since we went in lockdown March 2020. So more than a year ago. It only allowed on the lowest level of lockdown and we havent gotten there ..
I used to love going to music festivals. With covid, we have been lockdown so much, I think next summer we will still have no music festivals except for 'virtual ones'
