Invincible

[Goddammit]

So I watched Invincible some months ago.

Then promptly purchased all 12 of the collections and read them.

THEN I re-binged Invincible and I am really excited to see where it goes. Even though I now know the story start to finish, they switched things up in the first season enough that it wasn't like a page by page adaption but the way they told some of the storylines kept it fresh enough.

I was just wondering if any of you guys watched/read it and what your thoughts were!

I never heard anything about it until a little bit ago.

We watched the first episode and figured "Oh just another cartoon about super heroes.. whatever just let the next episode play I guess"

And then the more we watched the more "Wait did they ju---oh shit they did just..."

Now the memes are out and it makes me chuckle.

and I got really curious. I watched like ten different Youtube Videos about the series and was so interested in the fact that the show seems really great. I pretty much know everything about the Viltrumite now, but I didn't watch any actual episode myself. (SHAME ON ME, WHAT DID I DO)

I hope to change that and watch it!

Yeah I actually had to watch the first episode twice lol

My SO and I started it and I was like oh ok, well this isn't something I've never seen before. So I was playing on my phone and I went out to smoke while my SO finished the episode and he was like no you have to rewatch this. So he started it at the point I started tuning out and I watched it until the end and I was like holy fuckkk then we binged the rest of the show and went out and bought all the compendiums lol
