Oh child. This is my jam.

The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert -- They won an Oscar for best costumes on a budget of $750. That's some impressive shit. I also got to see the musical on Broadway and it was incredible.

For But I'm A Cheerleader, I recommend the Director's Cut. It should be available on streaming, but if not it's available as the iTunes purchasable version as well as the physical release.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch is amazing, highly recommend.

The HBO miniseries version of Angels in America is well worth watching, although it is like 6 hours long so buckle in.

Flee is a newer one on Hulu, it's the true story about an Afghani refugee. CW sexual assault.

I must reccommend A Fantastic Woman. About a transgender woman and the difficulties she faces after the death of her boyfriend. A little sad but mostly strong and beautiful.

I am going to be checking this out, it looks good and there aren't enough movies about the specific struggles trans people face.

Saw a new one the other day on Paramount+, it's called Three Months and it stars Troye Sivan. It was pretty good.

Yesss. Jennifer's body is my favourite hehe.

Not a movie but a TV show. Love Euphoria with rue & Jules. Season 1 at least. Season 2 ruined Jules for me.

There aren't many LGBT lesbian movies that I've personally liked. The favourite is probably the best one for me.

I know it's a "controversial" one ig but i love Love Simon, it was one of the first gay movies I saw after really settling in with my own identity so it's really special to me haha!

I second this recommendation. Absolutely fantastic, brutally raw movie with character development and plot twists.

On the completely opposite end of the spectrum, I'd like to put But I'm a Cheerleader in the ring as a great option for any one wanting something light hearted and hilarious.
