If I made a simple AHK script to semi-autoplay Make Some Noise, should I just post it to programs?

I made a really simple thing to alternate pressing two keys fast enough for that game. I don't claim it to be the best, but it works. Am I allowed to just post it to the programs section?

I think it needs to be checked out by a programmer before it can be uploaded. But I'm not 100% sure how it works because all I can code in is HTML an CSS and that doesn't help anyone make a program so I have never uploaded.
