Maybe its more like a tunnel type cave and it happens to be high tide? So this could be like a secret entrance somewhere?
It doesn't seem like a main entrance since its high enough up to see tree tops and create a waterfall?

I like that its not entirely gold and looks really nice on the pets. Im a little meh on Toga items, but at least this is a decently drawn one! Been wondering what it would look like since its name leaked a little while ago.
